Meet Reveille, the adorable and iconic mascot of Texas A&M University, who just so happens to be a Shetland sheepdog, or more specifically, a series of rough collies since 1966. This cute canine is more than just a pretty face; she's the "First Lady of Aggieland" and holds the highest rank in the Corps of Cadets, outranking every other member🌟. Reveille's journey began in 1931 when some cadets found a small black-and-white dog and smuggled it onto campus, naming it after the bugle call that exposed its presence. Today, Reveille attends classes, sleeps in a dorm room, and even wears a fancy maroon coat with five stars at special events🏆. She's a true Texas legend and a beloved symbol of school spirit, especially in the heart of Texas where she's most popular🐾.
